The director said they do not use ear cartilage, and I had a consultation for functional rhinoplasty as well as cosmetic aspects. For the nasal bridge, silicone or fascia was possible, and for the nasal tip, they recommended autologous costal cartilage or donated costal cartilage. There were many options, but I wasn’t that drawn to it. It didn’t look like the improvement would be definite
