I asked the director a question, but they laughed in an unpleasant way and said they couldn’t understand what I meant by that. I had asked the same question at other clinics too.. The consultant was just so-so as well, and I felt like even if I had surgery there, I wouldn’t be able to communicate with the director, so I left quickly
