The manager showed me photos of eyes similar to my case, which made me trust them, but I felt a bit put off because they were very pushy about making a booking. The director also said that eyes that tend to loosen often can just be corrected by cutting, but after answering a few questions they rushed out. It had a slightly big-clinic-not-big-clinic feel.
