I took the photos with the nose facing the same direction and from the same angle. Looking at the photos, it has come down a lot... Still, my nose still tightens and loosens, so it still has a long way to go before it comes down like my original nose.. That crazy doctor raised it like that, so of course it caused functional problems too. What, cap graft? It was not ear cartilage placed on top. They just pulled my original alar cartilage up like crazy and made that protruding shape;;
