My columella seems to be drooping and my nostril wings seem to have spread.. I don’t want to touch anything else, only the columella and nasal tip area Could you recommend a hospital for nose reconstruction?? I don’t want to do it where I originally had surgery.. I don’t trust them If possible, I’d like a place where a single chief surgeon is on site.. Factory-style XX
