Getting revision surgery at the hospital where I had it done before

Is that too much..? My natural nose was short and had a slightly underdeveloped columella, and for my first surgery, I used silicone and ear cartilage, but I had an inflammatory reaction, so at another hospital I only had the silicone removed and they used septal cartilage too to refine the nasal tip again. But my columella got shorter.. (I feel like the doctor just likes noses like this; when I look at the reviews, everyone’s columella is short) During my first surgery, I had a small amount of ear cartilage, but the doctor said using only ear cartilage would be fine, so we proceeded that way. The result was that I was completely satisfied with the front view (a slim nose, kind of like Yena’s), but from the side, there wasn’t much difference between the bridge and the tip, so it looked like only the bridge was high.. so I was dissatisfied. But from the front, especially the columella, it had come down so prettily that I really liked it. But instead, maybe because it was a doctor at a big hospital and not the chief doctor, they didn’t seem particularly professional.. and it was a doctor whose reviews were all Photoshopped too My nostrils were already asymmetrical to begin with, so I was okay with them being a little asymmetrical from the front, but when seen from underneath they were extremely asymmetrical. But what I want to do now is only lowering the columella and lowering the nostril on one side, and I liked the columella so much after my first surgery. Also, maybe because the price is cheaper than other places, I’m thinking of going for a consultation at the first-surgery hospital once I reach 6 months… What do you think about getting revision surgery at the hospital where I had my first surgery?
