In 2022, I had male rhinoplasty at DA, but it’s too high, so I’m thinking of removing the nose implant or doing a revision to make it lower. Would it be better to do it at the hospital where I had the surgery, or please recommend hospitals and doctors too ㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
