Personally, it was really bad. The hospital facilities don't matter as long as the director is okay. He didn't even ask what I wanted to do, and when I said I'd come after being introduced by someone who had good results, he showed me that person's photo and flat-out said, 'It can't turn out like that. I can't do it.' What I wanted wasn't that person's eyes, but just that I went there through a referral because that person had done well. I went for a consultation because I wanted to change the problematic parts, but he kept saying none of the things I mentioned could be fixed and that I'd have to live like that for the rest of my life. He didn't suggest a suitable method or give any explanation that I could accept, just kept saying everything couldn't be done, and since the line he drew was a mess, he said that's how it would be, so I said okay and ended the consultation. I didn't get any expectation at all.
