I had nose wing surgery in May 2019 using threads without incision! The anesthesia was local anesthesia, and the surgery time was within about 30 minutes, I think. Aside from the anesthesia, there was no pain, but once all the swelling went down, there was no particularly noticeable change. I thought I should have gone with incisional alar reduction instead Of course, now I had alar reduction together with nose surgery, and it is clearly different from back then!!
