Personally, it was really bad. The clinic facilities don't matter if the director is good, but without even asking what I wanted to do, after I said I came through an introduction because someone else had good results, they showed me that person's photo and then flat-out said, "It can't be done like that. I can't do it." What I wanted wasn't that person's eyes, but simply that I went there through a referral because they had good results. I went for a consultation because I wanted to change the problematic parts, but they kept saying nothing I mentioned could be fixed and that I'd have to live like that forever. There was no suitable method offered and no explanation that made sense. They just kept saying nothing could be done, and even though the line they drew for me was a mess, they said it would end up like that, so I just said okay and finished the consultation. No expectations at all were left.
