Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

It was last winter, but..! Review after consultation rounds for my first nose surgery at ㄹㅂㄹ and ㅇㅌ

I had consultations at the end of November last year My nose: I have a nasal bridge, but the glabella area is a bit low, hump nose, bulbous nose (the shape is one thing, but my nose is really big.. basically an Arab-looking face. My nostrils/alar base are also wide), I don't particularly have resistance to costal cartilage, and my facial features are generally on the larger side, so I prefer a flashy look! I went to both because I really liked their reviews

1. ㅇㅌ (Director ㅂㅈㅁ) No CT scan Materials: Septal cartilage + ear cartilage. For a first surgery, costal cartilage is not really necessary..? Consultation details: Alar reduction is needed. My nasal bones are somewhat wide, so lateral nasal osteotomy is needed. Surgery goal = reduce the size of the nose.. The nasal tip has severe bulbousness, so it would be difficult to make it too slim (I liked that they clearly told me what could not be done), and they said they would make it rounded. Since the glabella is low compared with the nasal bridge, 3 mm silicone at the glabella. They put my nose photo on a tablet and consulted while designing it Surgery time was about 1.5 hours 3.08 million won on the condition of writing an app review / deposit 100,000 won

2. ㄹㅂㄹ (Director ㅇㅅㅇ) They started with a CT scan, and even back then I had to wait about 3 months until surgery - Nasal bridge: They said that although it is a hump nose, I have basic nasal height, so we should not put in silicone, and do it without an implant..! But when I showed my nose photos elsewhere, I commonly heard that my glabella is low.. so I wondered if it would really be okay without an implantㅜ - Nasal tip: Choose between septal cartilage and costal cartilage. Since my nose looks big, they said we should aim to make the nasal tip shorter. Septal cartilage or costal cartilage was my choice, but it seemed like the director basically preferred costal cartilage more (they said whichever material is used, it is a matter of when it will droop, and septal cartilage will droop a bit sooner, so I would have to take very careful care of it..) - Hump: Half is bone and half is cartilage, and they decided to refine it during surgery - No need for alar reduction I went because I wanted a flashy look and thought they would add a lot of options, but I was a bit surprised that they first recommended no implant and said I did not need alar reduction either On the condition of an app review, costal cartilage 5.3 million won (I don't remember whether it was autologous costal cartilage or donated costal cartilage, sorryㅠ), septal cartilage 4 million won

In the end, after worrying about it, I got scared and did not do it.. But even after a few months, I still have regrets, so I am making a new list to have surgery next February But 100 out of 100 reviews I like are from ㄹㅂㄹ, so I scheduled a re-consultation at ㄹㅂㄹ. The earliest date was mid-October.. For now, I am making my list again, focused on flashy stylesㅠ
