I really liked that they removed the nasal packing after just one day, and because I had to go to a wedding, I asked them to remove the splint a little early, but they said absolutely not, so I had the splint removed after one week. At first, my nose looked so swollen and bulbous, but I used donated rib cartilage and made the silicone higher. The director leaves after acting kind of tsundere-like.. I think I need to watch the shape a bit moreㅠ
