First, I’ll post my pre-op specs since I think you’ll be curious.

<Day of surgery> I went by myself without a guardian. Before surgery, while drawing the design, the doctor asked if I didn’t have a guardian, so I said, “Yes ㅜ” Then he said, “Then I’ll have to make sure it hurts even less!” I was genuinely touched.. I was nervous, but thanks to the director, I think I felt somewhat settled. After waking up from surgery, my body was trembling, but the nurses kept checking on me next to me and also turned on the heater? so I gradually got better. Once my condition improved a little, they also fed me sweet potato porridge haha And then they had me stretch right away, which was painful.. But they said this is necessary so it doesn’t stiffen, and that I had to do it twenty times even on the day of surgery. As for pain, although I did take a taxi for a bit, it was at a level where I could sit and take the subway home. It was amazing because what the director had confidently told me seemed to be true. <Day 1> Maybe because I took painkillers, I felt some heat in my breasts and heaviness? And I think the pain was more in the hybrid-treated areas than in my breasts. I ate, took the medication the hospital gave me, slept, then after 4 hours took Tylenol, ate dinner, took medication, took Tylenol before bed, and repeated like that. I think I was able to sleep without major pain. <Day 3> I kept sleeping sitting up, and as the swelling gradually started moving down to my abdomen, haha, my belly felt bloated. They removed the taping, and then I started wearing the support bra and upper band. I definitely recommend buying a strap camisole without cups in advance and wearing the support bra over it. It’s itchier than you’d think haha After getting the regenerative laser, the pain drops sharply. <Day 7> As the swelling gradually moved down, every time I walked my belly sloshed around, haha. It was somehow cute and funny. They removed the stitches from the transaxillary incision area, switched to Steri-Strips, and I kept wearing the support bra and upper band. And for the hybrid-treated areas, at first you may think, “Huh? Why is it wrinkled like that?” but after a short while, it really smooths out beautifully haha Since fat was suddenly removed from an area where there had been tissue, I think that’s why it happens. Everyone, holding out is the answer! I started receiving CAPS and regenerative laser from this time. The more regenerative laser you receive, the more the pain gradually decreases. With CAPS, right after receiving it, I lightly touched my breasts and felt like the very firm breasts slightly softened inward. <Week 2> As the transaxillary incision area was healing, it started to itch. I think I just held back without scratching and kept it well ventilated haha <Week 3> Now it felt like my daily life was somewhat back to normal? haha As nipple sensation gradually came back, I think they became very sensitive. Nipple patches are absolutely essential~*~* haha Buy two and alternate using them. In my case, I put on a bandage and then attached the nipple patch haha <One month> Now I’m free from the upper band! Now I only need to wear the support bra at home, and I’m wearing the Venus V-Fit loosely. Since my breasts shouldn’t be compressed, I still don’t know the exact size. In my own way, I really slept sitting up until the second week, and I was really careful even when washing, so I was so happy that I seemed to recover quickly in proportion to my effort haha Director Lee Jun-wook told me even before surgery that it would go well, but I didn’t know it would turn out this well ㅜㅜ I praise myself for choosing Dite Plastic Surgery. At the one-month post-op check, the director looked at me and said it turned out really well. Thank you so, so much, truly. From now on, I have to take good care of the scars, and I heard that scar laser care starts from the 3-month mark. If I manage the scars intensely, I think wearing a bikini is just a matter of time now.
After breast augmentation, of course this is something only I know, but I really gained super confident self-assurance haha My clothes fit prettier too, so dressing up is more fun. I hope my post was very helpful to those considering surgery or those who already had surgery and are managing their recovery. If you have any questions, please send me a private message.
