In the photo, left is after surgery / right is before surgery. They said they shaved down the hump, performed osteotomy for the deviated nose, and still inserted a 4 mm implant, but I can’t gauge how much bone they shaved.. I wonder if it would have been prettier if they had just slightly shaved the hump instead, or done the surgery so that only the nose became higher in line with the height of that hump. What do you think? On top of that, the glabellar nasal bridge area looks extremely Avatar-like. Could this be swelling..? And after surgery, do the alar rims descend a lot and the nasal alae spread out??
