I had my alar reduction done. The director was kind. The surgery went well, but there was a scar left behind, which was disappointing. It may be because my skin is oily and has large pores. The shape was set well, but the scar area became a pore, so if I press that spot sometimes sebum comes out lol. I want to get scar laser treatment, but I haven't been able to because I'm afraid it will hurt.
