The doctor said using costal cartilage would have a better effect, but since my nose is small, I thought it might look obvious, so I gave that up and used only ear cartilage. Because it could show through, the doctor said they would add buttock dermis, so we did that. I think the silicone was about 3 mm, and they said they carved the nasal bridge area thinly. I also had nostril lowering done. I said I wanted the nasal tip to look rounded. It has been 6 months now, and I’m very satisfied. I like that it turned out natural.
