I could hear all the staff here secretly evaluating patients’ appearances among themselves, and I guess they think patients won’t know. I suspected what I had heard, and I was really shocked. In front of patients they act kind and pretend it isn’t like that, which gave me chills. I only heard voices, so I don’t know everything, but one of them was the staff member who takes the before photos. That person wasn’t very kind even face-to-face. Is it right for someone working at a plastic surgery clinic to disparage patients’ appearances? The doctor was kind. He came to check on me after surgery and explained things, and during the consultation before surgery he explained the surgery in detail too.
