I could hear the staff secretly evaluating patients' looks among themselves, so did they think I would not notice? I was suspicious about what I had heard and was really shocked. They acted polite and kind in front of us, but it was chilling. I only heard the voices, so I do not know everything, but one of them was the staff member who takes before photos. That person was not very kind even in front of us. Is it really okay for someone working in a plastic surgery clinic to talk badly about a patient's appearance? The doctor was kind. They came to check after the surgery and explained things, and the consultation before surgery also explained the procedure in detail.
