I joined because I’m planning to get a revision for the nose I had done 8 years ago, since the nasal tip has become crooked and there’s a step-off I live outside Seoul, so I really don’t have much information! Back when I had mine done, I think ear cartilage was the most commonly used method, but these days there seem to be many different options! These days, what material is usually the safest and best? No matter how much I look, I still don’t really understand!!
