I had rhinoplasty about 8 years ago? But the nasal tip has been gradually drooping, creating a step-off, and it’s deviated to the right, so I’m considering revision surgery. This time, I’m thinking of getting it done in Seoul I want to leave the bridge alone, but is there anywhere that’s incredibly good at nostril reduction and nasal tips? I live in the provinces, so I really don’t have much information.... For reference, I had it done with ear cartilage! A natural look is what I’m aiming for, but every time I take photos, the crookedness shows so much
