You should be able to feel typical symptoms of inflammation in your body, like heat sensation, swelling, pain, and so on, right? About 2 months ago, I felt heaviness and tightness at the nasal tip, but now it has improved a lot. Can inflammation improve like that? It's been 7 years since my surgery
