The short-haired consultation manager was good at catching what the patient wanted and listened well. It was the clinic I had been looking forward to the most, but the consultation was disappointing, so I did not have surgery there. For an area that other clinics said could be improved, this clinic vaguely said they did not know whether it could be resolved or not, so I lost trust.
