The consultation manager with the short bob hairstyle really picked up on what the patient wanted and listened well. This was the clinic I was most excited about, but the consultation was disappointing, so I did not have the surgery. In other clinics they said the problem area could be improved, but here they vaguely said they were not sure whether it could be solved, and my trust disappeared.
