Clinic name: Iris Single director No consultation fee
The reviews in the cafe were so good that I went just to get a consultation. My mom was debating between upper blepharoplasty and a sub-brow lift for sagging upper eyelids, and the director explained it in an easy-to-understand way. He said to do only the sub-brow lift first and do anything else later. As the reviews said, he absolutely does not over-treat and recommends only exactly what is needed. The clinic we consulted before said to do upper blepharoplasty and a sub-brow lift together, but at Iris they said the sub-brow lift should be done first and then upper blepharoplasty; if done together, the eyes can become uneven and the procedure cannot be done properly.
When we go to other clinics, various additional procedures get added, and my mom said that felt burdensome. They conscientiously recommended only what was truly needed, so she said we should go with Iris.
But anyone who has visited will know: other plastic surgery clinics in Sinnonhyeon are flashy, but I was surprised because the Iris building was old. It is small in scale, the operating room feels like the 1990s, and the director also looked older, so I am wondering if it is okay to go ahead.
