When I didn’t know any better, I went there for orthodontic treatment 3 years ago. The doctors kept changing all the time and the wait times were really long, but I didn’t care about any of that.
As a result, after finishing the orthodontic treatment, my gums were damaged. My gums have receded so much that my teeth are extremely sensitive and weak. They say there’s no treatment method for gums either. Now I can’t even think about things like teeth whitening .. (it hurts too much if I do it)
And when the orthodontic treatment was ending, they said my front tooth had decayed and they’d give me a 100,000 won discount, so I got my front tooth redone for 500,000 won, you know? But the tooth color was different, so I visited twice, and even the one they finally placed at the end was subtly a different color, so I had it replaced again at another clinic for 600,000 won. They’re seriously bad. I couldn’t tell if it was a dentist or a dental hygienist, but when they were treating the cavity, they seemed so inexperienced that I felt anxious and annoyed. In the orthodontics department, the doctors change often too. These days my gums are so sensitive that I looked up app reviews, and there’s nothing but criticism. I regret not looking up reviews before going.
