I waited 1 hour from registration to the director consultation, and in the meantime I had a CT scan and a brief consultation with the consultant.
The consultation lasted 30 minutes, but the director seemed a bit busy, and I also didn't have many questions, so I think that was why. I didn't feel like the explanation was very detailed. If you want a detailed explanation, the patient probably needs to ask deeper questions accordingly. It wasn't an extremely satisfying consultation, but the director was absolutely not unkind or anything like that!
For the consultant consultation, the consultant told me a lot of different things and gave opinions tailored to my needs, such as saying I probably didn't need to do as many as X procedures.
Anyway, I felt something was slightly lacking in the director consultation, so for now I'm putting off deciding on surgery.
