I’ve just been thinking about it over and over, but now I’ve really decided I should do it soon. I’ve lost about 10 kg so far, and I want to lose about 5 kg more. I’m wondering whether I should start consultations now, lose all the weight first, and then have surgery, or just get the surgery whenever it’s available and lose the rest afterward. It will probably be hard to do intense exercise right after surgery, but I feel like when I’m motivated, I should quickly look into it and get the surgery done. Otherwise, I think I’ll keep putting it off again. What do you guys think?
