It was a clinic I knew for alar reduction, but the philtrum reduction reviews looked good too, so while I was getting a consultation, I got one for that as well
My philtrum is on the long side, so they said it would need to be done with an incision method, and they explained the surgical method for making the philtrum look concave. It seems they design it with the shape in mind, not just shortening it.
For alar reduction, they use a dual alar reduction method, and when I said I was worried about scarring, they explained the suturing method separately too. Rather, the consultant also told me to think carefully enough about the surgery and contact them later, and I liked that the atmosphere wasn’t pushy!!
