I didn’t know any better and got my first nose surgery with silicone. For about a year, I was completely satisfied. I really liked the shape too. But after going through all four seasons, my nose gradually got shorter… and became upturned… So I had removal + revision rhinoplasty at a well-known clinic even though it was expensive, and I’m very satisfied now. But the director there said revision surgery is extremely common when silicone is used, and told me absolutely not to do it
I knew silicone rhinoplasty wasn’t recommended, but I was tempted by the pretty shape and did it anyway. I really hope you all don’t end up going through that hardship
