My nostrils were already visible from the front, so during the consultation I asked because I was worried about this part, and they said the tip would be pulled forward, not lifted upward, so it wouldn’t show, but it shows so much.... I just want to go back to how I looked before. What I’m thinking is just removing what’s in the nasal tip, and considering silicone or rib cartilage for the bridge. But the problem is the dorsum.. When they shaved the hump, do they also shave the cartilage on the dorsum? I don’t want to fill that part with an implant.. I really just want to go back to the old me If the dorsal cartilage was shaved too, I’m thinking I won’t do revision surgery... ha... please help me.. What should I do to get back as close as possible to my natural nose shape..
