There won’t be a second revision rhinoplasty in my life... Rather than big hospitals, I looked for places especially famous for revision rhinoplasty or private clinics, and went to ㅇㅂㅋ and ㄷㅎㄷ. I’m still thinking about the material, but is there anyone who has replaced silicone and used a custom implant? At ㅇㅂㅋ, they recommended it to me like that. They explained that there are fewer side effects later on and many successful cases. It seems like people usually use autologous rib cartilage, but I’m a bit scared.
