I waited a very long time because the doctor had been in surgery, and they looked tired. After taking a look, the doctor checked the CT scan, drew things out clearly to show how much should be cut, showed me a mirror, and explained clearly what it would likely look like. The consultant said I would be able to get the discounted price only if I paid that day.
