The manager was kind, but the director’s way of speaking was a bit... not great. I showed him a photo of the nose I wanted, and he laughed a little while giving direct advice that he could raise it to about that level, but that doing the nose on my current face wouldn’t make me look dramatically prettier It seems like he does assess things realistically. For the material, he recommended using rib cartilage. Since it’s definitely rib cartilage, the estimate seems to come out high. Still, the wait wasn’t long, and since they specialize in noses, I trusted them in various ways.
