The manager was kind, but the director's tone was a bit... off. I showed him a nose photo I wanted, and while he laughed at it, he gave me blunt advice, saying he could raise it to that extent, but having nose surgery on my current face would not make me much prettier. From a realistic standpoint, he seems good at judging things. He recommended using autologous costal cartilage for the material. Since it is costal cartilage, the estimate definitely gets much higher. Still, the wait was not long, and because this is a nose specialty clinic, I felt trust in many ways.
