I had a somewhat high hump nose and a pale-looking nose. My original nose wasn't bad, so I wanted only the hump refined and the nasal tip raised just a little, but it ended up becoming an extremely flashy nose. Before surgery, I went around to 8 places for consultations, and most of them suggested ear cartilage + no implant... but here they used autologous costal cartilage + silicone, raised the nasal starting point too, and my nose became extremely large. I also wanted a straight-to-slightly-curved line, but it became a completely straight nose (a male-looking nose), and it turned into a handsome-looking nose..
