Eye Surgery Considerations

AB community review

I had a somewhat high hump nose and a pale-looking nose. My original nose wasn't bad, so I wanted only the hump refined and the nasal tip raised just a little, but it ended up becoming an extremely flashy nose. Before surgery, I went around to 8 places for consultations, and most of them suggested ear cartilage + no implant... but here they used autologous costal cartilage + silicone, raised the nasal starting point too, and my nose became extremely large. I also wanted a straight-to-slightly-curved line, but it became a completely straight nose (a male-looking nose), and it turned into a handsome-looking nose.. Even now, 1 year and 2 months later, all I hear is that my nose is too high Silicone show-through also developed, a step-off formed between the silicone and the costal cartilage, and the costal cartilage shows through roundly at the nasal tip.. I really wanted the silicone removed, so I requested after-service, and they asked for 1.1 million won to do silicone removal + shaving the costal cartilage + using autologous dermis (from the rib area). But the surgeon in charge said this is the best option and that he does not recommend revision surgery, so after thinking it over, I eventually canceled and booked a revision at another hospital.
