Before<Before nostril base reduction>After<3 months after nostril base reduction><Comparison of nostril size before and after nostril base reduction(?)>Originally, I was looking into philtrum surgery and nostril base reduction, but they said I couldn’t do both together.. so I did the nostril base reduction first. They said doing both together would make it less stable and the columella could sink down.
For reference, I had already had nose surgery about 10 years ago. The scar doesn’t show fully in the photos because they were taken with a phone camera, but it still has some redness. Still, I’m satisfied because my impression improved a lot when viewed from the front.
Compared to before surgery, my nostril size has reduced about as much as in the photos. The angles don’t match, so it’s not an exact comparison, but please take it as roughly this much!
