I went in for a tip-plasty event consultation. Even though I arrived on time, they put me in a room and made me wait for over 20 minutes. The staff seemed very unfriendly. The doctor clearly explained what could and could not be done, which I liked. But I didn’t make a reservation.... Maybe because it’s a newly opened clinic, I felt a bit uneasy.
