Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

Finally improved my nasal tip.. ㅜ I feel so relieved

I was always stressed because of my nasal tip, and taking photos from the front or side was always stressful tooㅜ A bulbous nose and a spread-out nose.. On top of that, I also had rhinitis, so I suffered every change of season..ㅜ When I first looked into it, I thought it would be a success if only my nasal tip improved, so I looked for hospitals mainly known for bulbous nose correction to improve my nasal tip. But once I narrowed down the list through a community and actually went to hospital consultations, it was so different. They diagnosed my nose accurately and suggested directions for improvement. I really liked that so muchㅜ They explained everything, like how they would improve it, how they would operate, and how they would shape the line, and even for a non-specialist, they explained things one by one in an easy-to-understand way, including side effects and various situations, so I wouldn’t feel anxious. I really liked that too. The director had previously worked a lot at a famous large hospital and had extensive experience, so that was why I shortlisted this place. I also shortlisted it because I heard they were good at nasal tip improvement, and among the several places I shortlisted, this was truly the only place where I got that exact feelingㅠ

At first I was thinking about silicone, but the director said my nose could be operated on without an implant, and explained that type of surgery too. As I heard and learned about silicone side effects, I decided together with the director to go implant-free! I’m now at week 2, and although I’m still in the recovery process and things are a bit sensitive when I apply lip balm, breathing feels so comfortable, and every time I see my nose shape I feel so at easeㅠㅠ

This was a case of functional rhinoplasty + septal cartilage (nasal tip) + no implant + artificial dermis + osteotomy. For the artificial dermis, the director said it would be absorbed to some extent over about 6 months, so thinking ahead, he placed it at a slightly higher height. It has been two weeks, and I’m going about daily life with no discomfort in the line or heightㅜ I’m so thankful to this communityㅜㅜ
