I'm posting my 1-month eye and nose review ^-^ I'm the type who gets very scared, so both before and after surgery, I searched all over the internet a huge, huge amount to get information, and I'm posting this review because,, I hope it can be even a little practically helpful to people looking for information like I did.. :) After looking up information on really many clinics, I chose my current clinic...!
Consultation with the director before surgery_ Since this was my first surgery, there was still a lot I didn't know, and as I went around to different clinics and got way too much information, I became even more confused about which place was goodㅠ And I have trouble making decisions... I already can't choose well, but the more consultations I went to, the more options and more things to worry about came up.. At that time, I had a consultation with Director Oh Jae-yoon at Onepick. He first asked me what direction I wanted to improve in, so I told him (my complex about small eyes), and he recommended and consulted me on the procedures needed for my eyes. Throughout the consultation, the director gave such a good impression that I trusted him to some extent, and he checked my current eyes extremely carefully and explained everything.... After the consultation ended, while consulting with the manager, I decided on surgery right there....! Hahaha
Day of surgery_ I ended up having my eyes and nose operated on together by Director Oh Jae-yoon, so I fasted from that morning and went in for surgery during the day. I was so nervous right up until I lay down on the operating table, but the director kept talking to me, checking my condition, and helping me relax, so I was able to have the surgery comfortably. My eyes were done under local anesthesia while I was awake, and my nose was done under sleep anesthesia, so the surgery order was eyes -> nose. When I opened my eyes after surgery, I was already in the recovery room, and after recovering enough, I was able to go home!
Day 3, Day 5 _ Disinfection of surgical sites, swelling laser care, seeing the director and checking progress. As you can see in the photos, there was some swelling! Still, the nurse said that considering I did my eyes and nose together, I wasn't very swollen. In reality, there was almost no bruising, and the swelling on my upper eyelids was severe, so I drank pumpkin juice diligently, went for simple walks every day, stretched often, and used the massager at home a lot so that my body's blood circulation could stay as good as possible! I'm originally the type who swells a lot even in the morning, and even if I just sleep face-down for a short time, so I was really worried the swelling might last too long.. haha
Day 7 - Removal of the epicanthoplasty stitches and removal of the nasal splint and silicone column. I saw the director and checked progress. Getting the stitches removed hurt so much I almost cried, but I decided, let's just get it over with quickly! The nurse kindly said we could take a short break and then continue,, but I had them all removed without resting.. Ha hahaha Even though it was brief, it really hurt so much.. haha Still, I endured it while relying on the nurse. Haha For the first time, I saw my bare(?) nose after removing the nasal splint and my eyes after removing the epicanthoplasty stitches~ The director also checked whether there had been anything uncomfortable and checked my condition ^-^
After 2 weeks - Progress check with the director. From day 7 until the 2-week mark, the swelling went down quickly and steadily ~^-^ It's been a month, but in week 3 I really wanted the swelling to go down quickly, so I walked a lot and drank pumpkin juice like water. I'm embarrassed, so I'll upload photos of my eyes and nose separately lol I already uploaded the eye photos! I'll watch the swelling go down more and post again ҉ ٩(๑>ω<๑)۶҉
