It has already been over 10 years since I had double eyelid surgery. The procedure was epicanthoplasty, canthoplasty, and the incisional method. I wasn’t happy with the surgical outcome, so about 5 years after the surgery I got injections that are said to dissolve double eyelids, and I had them twice. Personally, I think it was better when I had it once. Some plastic surgeons also say that this kind of injection is not common and is not a method they recommend much. Back then, I really disliked my eyes and wanted to go back to my old eyes, so I got the injections. Now, apart from my eyes becoming slightly larger after the injections, I don’t think my image has changed that much from before. Still, because I don’t like the line, I’m planning to have revision surgery again before I get any older. This may just be my personal preference, but I think eye surgery is better when it is not overdone and looks natural. When I was younger, I wanted something more dramatic and thought that kind of eye looked better, but now that I’m older, natural-looking, bright eyes seem better than overly dramatic ones. I’ll leave another update after I visit the clinic~~~^^
