I went for a consultation about a year ago, and at other clinics they said I absolutely had to get an incision method because if I did it with the buried method, the line would loosen. This was the only place that recommended the buried method + ptosis correction. They did recommend ptosis correction at other places too, but since three or more clinics said I needed the incision method, I had already decided this place probably was not right for me. The staff were kind, and from other reviews it seems that if your eyes are suitable for the buried method, they make a very pretty line.
