The hospital put nasal packing in my nose, and the whole way home was no joke
My mouth felt like a drought. Seriously, it felt like my tongue and the roof of my mouth were so dry they were cracking apart
In the end, as soon as I got home, I took out the nasal packing... I also loosened the stuffy abdominal binder that was wrapped tightly around my ribs...;
Other people say they still feel blocked even after taking out the nasal packing
But for me, the moment I took it out, it was heaven. Like a tollgate had opened? I could taste food so well too. What is this? I think my stuffy nose is even less than before the nose surgery. I only had a little nosebleed on the first day. There is some swelling though

My nose feels totally fine, like I didn’t even have surgery, but my ribs are screaming whenever I try to lie down and get up. It feels kind of like muscle soreness. I’m walking around hunched over. If someone saw me, they’d think I had rib surgery..
