This was my first surgery, and I was scared of silicone because of the side effects, so I looked into autologous dermis and went there after researching it. The consultation staff were incredibly kind, and the director also didn’t pressure me at all, instead explaining which parts of my face were the reason the shape I wanted wouldn’t work. That helped me understand. Still, I think you should keep in mind that autologous dermis surgery itself doesn’t have dramatic effects.
