I used to worry about acne all the time. After a consultation, I chose between LDM and a 10-session choose-anything pass, so I did 3 LDM sessions and used the rest with the 10-session pass, and I am now about halfway through my skin care treatment. It is definitely not dramatically effective compared with the money I spent, but there is some calming effect, so I am quietly continuing the treatment once a week.
