While looking into functional nose surgery, and also because I'm a man and it was a non-open procedure, I went for a consultation. There was a separate CT cost. They said they would use three functional procedures and silicone, and that septal cartilage and ear cartilage might also be used. They didn't recommend osteotomy. I have already placed a deposit, but I'm thinking about it a bit more.
