I originally wasn't thinking about plastic surgery, but the director suggested lifting only the nasal tip with ear cartilage so it wouldn't look obvious, so I did it together, but it looks unnatural and the nasal tip looks upturned. I regret it so much, and I don't know whether it will be okay once all the swelling goes down, or whether I should have revision surgery to remove the cartilage placed in the nasal tip and make it like it was before. Please help me, what should I do?
