Since this was the first place I had a consultation after deciding to get plastic surgery, I worried a lot about what questions I should ask and was nervous, but the director explained things kindly. I asked a lot of questions, and the director kindly answered all of them. After it ended, I also had a consultation with the consultant, and I liked that they were kind too.
