This was the first place I consulted after deciding to get cosmetic surgery, so I was worried a lot about what questions I should ask and I was nervous, but the director explained everything kindly, and I asked a lot of questions and they answered all of them kindly. After that, I also had a consultation with the manager, who was kind as well, so that was nice.
