It has been 9 months since my first rhinoplasty, and my nasal line is maintained as a straight-to-slightly-curved line. I haven't had any discomfort so far, but when I touch my nose, some firmness remains at the nasal tip. Even after 6 months post-op, it feels like the residual swelling has continued to go down. People I see every day don't notice much, but acquaintances I see only once in a while say my nose has gained more three-dimensionality. I understand that if there have been no side effects so far, there aren't any additional side effects I need to worry about, but if anyone knows, please share information in the comments.
